3. Calculation rule for AU shipping cost

Calculation rule:

  • B2B shipping fees are based on the logistic weight of each product from feed
  • Formula: B2B shipping fee= Base fee + Logistic weight * KG fee
  • Collect the product SKU and your order zip code. Map with AU postage table and feed to retrieve data of logistic weight, Base fee and KG fee.

Note:

  • Shipping cost includes tax
  • For one order with several products, shipping fee of each product is calculated separately and added up in checkout
  • Free shipping: Sydney Metropolitan, Melbourne Metropolitan, Brisbane and Gold Coast are free shipping.

Example:

  • Find the logistic weight of the purchased product based on the AU feed. For instance, the shipping weight is 30.
  • Look up the corresponding Base fee and KG fee in the AU postage table using the postal code of the delivery address. For instance, Base fee = 3, KG fee = 1.07.
  • Therefore, the shipping cost for purchasing one unit of this product and delivering it to that postal code would be calculated as =Base fee + Logistical weight * KG fee = 3 + 30 * 1.07 = 35.1 AUD.

4. AU extra shipping cost

We would like to inform you that extra shipping costs may apply for orders placed in remote Australia postcodes listed here. If you prefer to avoid complications associated with being charged the additional AU shipping cost, we advise you to block these postcodes in your store. For all other postcodes, shipping rates will remain the same. Note: These postcodes are based on actual past orders and may not cover all postcodes that may incur extra shipping cost.

5. Blocked zip codes

Please see the blocked zip codes per country. If the zip code you would like to sell to is in here, it means we cannot ship to that area, and therefore you cannot place orders for this address

6. Blocked phrases

We highly advise you to check this list with phrases which have been blocked per country. If your order address contains phrases from the list, your order may be blocked(suspended) and will not be shipped.
